Updating your details
To update your personal details listed in Bupa Business Connect you’ll need to get in touch with your Partnership Manager.How do I change my password?
If you’re already logged in, you can change your password in your profile at any time.Here’s how you change your password.
- Select my profile > edit password in BlueKey.
- Follow the instructions and enter your current password.
- Enter your new password. Tip: it must have a minimum 8 characters, at least one uppercase (A-Z), one lowercase (a-z), one numeric (0-9) and one special character (not a letter or number e.g. @ # $ £ % ^ & * - _ + = ? !)"].
- Re-enter your new password and select continue.
Your password has now been updated in BlueKey. You’ll be taken back to your profile page once the process is complete.
